Left of Center Challenge #62 Sponsored by That Craft Place Etsy/ Theme 3 or More Layers

This fabulous image is from That Craft Place on Etsy!  I fell in love with this image and loved coloring it!  So much detail!  I layered the fussy cut image on a burgandy paper, then that on a old world treasure map paper from the DCWV "The Once Upon a Time stack.  I made a passport front and glued on 2 sides with score tape.  I took some of my cruise luggage tags and a little deck plan card and copied on card stock and used vintage photo Distress Ink to age the copies.  I printed some passport stamps from a free image website and used part of them again distressing with ink.  I had the inside cog from a glue dot runner so I put the card stock on top of it and used my scoring tool and went over the details and then distressed the embossed areas with black.  Using my homemade enamel dots in burgandy and a copper jump ring around them I glued them to the bottom of the image layers.  I took a brad and punched into the passport corner.  I added a fluer de lis brad and a little glossy stamp with a steampunk hot air balloon with glossy accents on that popped onto a foam dot and a sticker from a travel pack was glued to the top.  I love working with jewelry and beads so I took some paper beads I made, a serpentine wire wrap, some beads, and a little chain that was laying around on my desk to make a bauble to hang from the side.  The image is colored with Bic Mark its and lots of glossy accents on their eyes and hair and the "metal" parts!  This image is so much fun to work with and you could add embellies by the dozen; it was hard to make myself stop.  So come play with us this week at Left of Center where the lovely suppliers of this gorgeous image is sponsoring the challenge!  We have tons of fun at Left of Center and even if you have never gone to the left of center before you can do it!  I will be looking for you and your fabulous creation along with all of the Left of Center team!
